HORRIBLE Service Advisor!!!! STAY AWAY!!!! Especially if you're a woman! Jamal Mumford - talked over me, interrupted me, was argumentative and debated what I was told by not only Firestone (with a video) but also what I was told by another Hyundai dealership that did warranty work on my car. The other dealer even asked Rosen to call them to talk about what is wrong with the car, but Jamal wouldn't even let me speak. I bought my car here, but won't be back ever.

Mike Becker was a pleasure to work with at Rosen Hyundai where we purchased a 2025 Palisade Caligraphy AWD. Mike wasn't a bit pushy and didn't play any games that many other salespeople try to use to get a sale. He was honest, showed us all the features of the car and gave us plenty of time to select the correct vehicle. The entire sales process was easy and efficient. I would certainly consider coming back to Rosen Hyundai to buy another vehicle in the future.

I never met my service advisor in person, nor have I ever been to Rosens. I have to say, I was amazed at the service I received. I had to have car towed in. Ryan called when car arrived and when the assessment of the problem was available. They performed the service needed in one day and took care of everything with. Carshield. I couldn't have asked for better service. Everyone was courteous and professional. I will make Rosens my choice for service.

Have been going here for oil changes. Used to cost me $35.00 for my Elantra. Today it cost a whopping $71.00 for the same thing. Will be going elsewhere for a reasonable deal. This was ridiculous. I think it’s more about greed than inflation. Anyone else experienced something similar?
Bought the car in August 24’. Really like the car. Brought it in last week because the “car” told me to! Service excellent. Service rep Patty took care of things right away. Glad I made the purchase.
Overall, good service. I brought my vehicle here for regular maintenance (oil change and tire rotation). The staff was friendly. The missed stars are because I think they rushed through their checklist and marked items as complete that they didn’t check (e.g. tire pressure on the sheet said it was checked and filled to 35psi, I get in the car and the car says all tires are at 29psi). Just makes me wonder what else may have been overlooked.

Monika coordinated my service. She was very pleasant and easy to comunicate with. I had a transfer case oil leak and the extended warranty company decided to go next higher assembly and replace the whole transfer case. I had a problem with the replacement and Monika coordinated with the warranty company for a second replacement which so far is working fine.

I was there at 7am and out the door by 740am, however, I made one request to the lady who initially took possession of my car because my tires have nitrogen in them so I specifically said DO NOT touch the tires with any regular air and they did anyways. Horrible experience. I called multiple times, left voicemails, sent multiple people e-mails and contacted their online agent twice TRYING to buy a car from them just for them to wait days to get back with me saying "it's sold, i'll tell you if i get another". I Would rate ZERO stars if i could. I already had my loan approved and priced insurance and talk to them, if SOMEONE would of just contacted me they would of had the car sold days ago.
