I had a horrible service experience with the service advisor Jamal. Discussed service to be performed that did not include a recall because of back order on product. Gave me a service wait time. When returned for pick up, vehicle still being worked on but patiently waited an ADDITIONAL HOUR before requesting an update. First the excuse was a mix up of service with vehicles then it was discovered that a recall was being performed on my vehicle without my consent as I did not have time to wait for that service to be done as I was expecting a quick service to be done. The other service advisors in the area blurted out that the seatbelt recalls came in that morning. I waited for over 3 hours total, with a baby. Then when confronting Jamal about being upset that I was never updated with the fact they were installing a recall he ignored me and said it would be done soon. He also said that the technicians just do "whatever is on the service ticket". But we had an entire conversation of what was to be done at this service and was told the service would be 1hr and 20mins. Shouldn't advisors grow concern that a vehicle goes past the timeframe that he gave to the customer? When complete he through the keys on the cashier counter with paperwork and walked away from me. Was not even told what service was done and I had to look through the paperwork myself. Then I get to my vehicle to place my baby in it, and all my belongings and children's car seats were removed and I was not told this. Had to ask my husband to drive over and reinstall my car seats so we can go home. I would not have had belongings in my vehicle or secured car seats if I was planning to have a recall performed on the seat belts. I tried contacting the service manager several times who has still not called me back to explain my poor service with his advisor Jamal the service performed on my vehicle that I did not make an appointment for during this service appointment and the lack of professionalism from his employee to the situation. I am very disappointed this occurred as I have always been informed throughout my other services, explained thoroughly of the services performed, and treated with professional respect by other service advisors. The lack of disregard is extremely upsetting.

Friendly and efficient. Salesman Mike Becker and sales manager Eddie Hernandez were great at answering questions and making a good deal. John in finance and Jada in setup were also so helpful. The whole process was pleasant and stress free. Highly recommended!

We had truely the white glove treatment. Mike Becker was extraordinary! The vehicle we wanted to test drive was set side of us days in advance. Buying process was effortless. When a very minor issue came up immediately after the sale Mike and his team bent over backwards to make us feel deeply valued. Will eagerly recommend to anyone.

My purchase was through Genesis of Algonquin and my experience was that for the Genesis line the sales experience was what one woukd expect for a luxury brand. The GV70 we wanted to test drive and purchase was running and waiting for us at the appointed time. I had already arrived at price online and the test drive was to validate that was the GV70 we wanted. It was and the we bought it. We felt very little pressure and our sales rep, Charlie, was a great asset to us as we asked questions about the car and sales process. Would purchase through Genesis of Algonquin again!
